A dedicated dietitian manages your case. Diet plans are tailored according to your preferences. These plans are updated weekly based on their effects on your weight and health metrics. You receive support via phone, WhatsApp, and email for any questions you may have. The diet plans feature free days, cheat meals to enjoy your favorite foods, and special arrangements for festivals, holidays, weddings, and travel.
The maintenance diet plan will be provided once your program concludes. You will receive guidance on how to maintain your weight after completing your program with us.
